Here is a listing of area live music and online music happenings for the weekend and week of Friday, October 7 through Thursday, October 13.
The fall festivals continue this weekend…The 46th annual Hartslog Day Heritage Festival will happen Saturday along Main Street in Alexandria. Multiple arts and crafts vendors, produce vendors, food and other vendors will line the street throughout the borough. A day-long slate of live music will happen under the tent near the Hartslog Heritage Museum – see the listing below for the entertainer lineup.
After rains soaked its first weekend, weather conditions look to be much more favorable for the second and final weekend of the annual Bedford Fall Foliage Festival in downtown Bedford on Saturday and Sunday. Many arts and crafts vendors will be set up throughout the festival area, and live music will again happen both days. Again, check the listing below for the full music schedule.
And if you’re up for a roadtrip, the annual Berkeley Springs (West Virginia) Apple Butter Festival makes its return after missing the past two years due to COVID-19. That festival happens Saturday and Sunday in downtown Berkeley Springs, and features plentiful arts and crafts vendors, apple butter vendors, a food court, and live bluegrass music both days. Admission is free.
