Help support the Blair Creators Festival! The second annual festival is on Saturday, April 29th, 2023. It’s an all-day music and art festival presented by ArtsAltoona and the Penn State Altoona Sheetz Fellows! We are looking for parters at multiple sponsorship levels!

This is a fun and easy way to create art at home with all the supplies and directions right at your fingertips. Over 75% of your subscription goes to helping reach people with art classes and free programming.
