WVU Mountaineers @ Penn State Nittany Lions
The Penn State Nittany Lions football program is one of the oldest in the nation, having played their first game in 1887.
But just because they’re old, doesn’t mean they’ve slowed down. Over the years, the Nittany Lions have racked up an astounding amount of success, including a postseason bowl record of 30-18-2, thirteen undefeated seasons, and a very impressive number nine ranking in all-time total wins. With those kinds of numbers to their name, it’s no wonder the Nittany Lions have some of the most dedicated fans in the game. But don’t just take our word for it — get to Beaver Stadium and experience the magic for yourself! Find your Nittany Lions tickets on StubHub today. Oh, and fair warning, Beaver Stadium can get loud, so make sure to bring your earplugs.

52nd Annual Log House Arts Festival
The Log House Arts Festival happens on the Community Arts Center’s 2.5 scenic acres in the Westmont section of Johnstown, PA. The festival is one of the largest fundraising efforts that the Center does each year, hosting over 10,000 visitors annually and is a special event/fundraiser geared toward any quality handcrafted Artist/Craftsman willing to sell and/or demonstrate original work. The festival features hand-crafted items, including jewelry, pottery, florals, rugs, crafted wood and decor, tole, plants, fabric items, handbags, sweatshirts, furniture, Steelers “gear,” metal artwork, slate artwork, fudge, wine, and a distillery. Craftspeople are juried and carefully selected to create a balanced mix of crafts so that the festival represents a wide cross-section of arts and crafts, and fine arts. The Community Arts Center does not take commission from the craftsmen and there is no admission fee/charge for the public, including the “Kids’ Kingdom” section of the festival, dedicated to inspiring a creative arts and crafts environment of activities for children and youth. The objective is to provide free, educational, cultural attractions to the public, as well as to give the public an ideal opportunity to purchase works of art and handcrafted items directly from craftsmen and artisans.
