Blair Creators Festival
The Blair Creators Festival team, consisting of ArtsAltoona representatives and students in Penn State Altoona’s Sheetz Fellows program, is raising money to put on a community celebration of music and art. The third annual Blair Creators Festival will be held on Saturday, April 27th 2024. Help us make next year’s event bigger and better!
