The No Rules Tour is making a stop in The Grotto at the ArtsAltoona Center! On Friday, May 1st, doors will open at 8:30 with a $10 cover. AllAges are welcome, and no outside drinks are permitted. Water, soda and light concessions will be available at the Snack Bar, which benefits ArtsAltoona. Adult beverages will be available by donation for those 21+ with ID.
